IWD ART CONTEST 2010; A Project of AKS Events

AKS Creatives on behalf of World Peace Mission Organization, (WPMO), International Human Rights Commission, (IHRC) and IHRC Relief Fund Trust (IHRC-RFT) organized IWD Art Contest to mark the 100 years celebrations of International Women Day 2010-11, the event was designed to remember the memories & services of Shaheed Muhtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and we announce to dedicate March 08, 2010 to March 08, 2011 on her name. First event of this series is IWD Art Contest 2010 was held on April 22, 2010 to April 24, 2010 at Pakistan National Council of Arts Islamabad. 

100 Years of IWD Celebrations Young Artisans Exhibition with the name of “IWD Art Contest 2010” was inaugurated by the Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mrs. Yasmin Rehman in PNCA, Islamabad. IHRC Chief Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, Director General PNCA Touqeer Nasir, Executive Director of World Peace Mission Organization Ms. Asra Khan, IHRC-RFT Pakistan Deputy Chief Makhdoom Jameel Ahmed, Director General IHRC Arshad Aziz Qureshi and EX. MPA Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman, addressed the event & lauded the efforts and services of Ms. Bhutto Shaheed for women development, empowerment and democracy in Pakistan.

MUSIC FOR HUMANITY 2010; A Project of AKS Events

AKS Creatives on behalf of World Peace Mission Organization, (WPMO), International Human Rights Commission, (IHRC) and IHRC Relief Fund Trust (IHRC-RFT) organized Music for Humanity, Concert by rocking stars of Pakistan Atif Aslam, Annie, & Noorie in Islamabad on 24th July, 2010 at Open air Theater, near Lok Virsa, Islamabad.

The vision of Music for Humanity was that we could contribute to a better world through music. By bring together musicians and music lovers who are concerned about the welfare of humanity and Our main mission was to help internally displayed people of Hunza & Gilgit through Music Concert Contributions. 

Achievements of: 

AKS Creatives organized 1st Event of “International Women’s Day 2010-2011 celebrations of 100 years”;

“IWD Art Contest & Exhibition 2010” held in Pakistan National Council of Arts, Islamabad, on 22nd April to 24th April 2010.

Inaugurated by Mrs. Yasmeen Rehman Advisor to Prime Minister of Pakistan for Women Development

• AKS Creatives is announced official Event Manager of “International Women’s Day 2010-2011 celebrations of 100 years” by the World Peace Mission Organization Chairman;

On the date of 24th April 2010 in closing ceremony of IWD Art Contest 2010

• AKS Creatives is patronized by Ministry of Women Development as official Event Manager for “International Women’s Day 2010-2011 celebrations of 100 years”;

On the date of 18th May 2010, the graceful ceremony held in the Ministry for Women Development, Mrs. Yasmeen Rehman Advisor to the Prime Minister signed the Patron in Chief Memorandum as the Patron in Chief for AKS Creatives as official Event Manager for 100 Years IWD Celebrations in Pakistan.

• AKS Creatives participated in National Youth Conference “Entrepreneurship Development for Pakistani Youth” on the invitation of Ministry of Youth Affairs;

On the date of June 23, 2010, Managing Director AKS Creatives, Mrs. Asra Khan, one of the Key Note speaker in the National Youth Conference which was held at Margalla Hotel Islamabad and organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs Government of Pakistan in Collaboration with international Labor Organization (ILO) & funded by Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Mrs. Asra Khan rewarded successful youth business women and audience appreciated the working of AKS Creatives role to provide youth female’s platforms where they can learn how to do business.
